ALFA
Introduction
AH54y family consists of different Hall switches produced in BCDMOS technology. All Hall sensors include a temperature-compensated Hall plate with active offset compensation, a comparator, and an output driver. The family consists of 2-wire devices, the corresponding output driver being an open-drain output transistor and a current source respectively. The comparator compares the actual magnetic flux with the fixed reference values (switching points). Accordingly the output transistor in the current source is switched on (high current consumption) or off (low current consumption) in 2-wire version. The active offset compensation leads to constant magnetic characteristics over supply voltage and temperature range. In addition, the magnetic parameters are robust against mechanical stress effects.
The sensors are designed for industrial and automotive applications and operate with supply voltages from3V to 30V in ambient temperature range from -40 °C up to 150 °C.
The family AH54y is available in SOT23-3L and the leaded version TO92S packages.

Introduction
AH401, designed with Bipolar technology, includes on-chip Hall element voltage generator, a voltage regulator for operation with supply voltages of 3.8 to 60V, reverse voltage protection, temperature compensation circuitry, small-signal amplifier, Schmitt trigger and an open-collector output.
The sensor is designed to respond to North and South poles. While the magnetic flux density(B) is larger than operate point Bop, the output will be turned on with low output level. Then the output is held until the magnetic flux (B) is lower than release point Brp. The output will be turned off with high output level.
AH401 offers a variety of packages, including TO-92, SOT-23. All packages are RoHS compliant.
Features
Miniature construction
High sensitivity of +/-55 Gauss (typ.)
Wide voltage range of 3.8 Vdc to 60 Vdc
Temperature range of -40 °C to 150 °C
Highest ESD performance up to ±4 kV
Open Collector Output
Applications
BLDC Motor Commutation
Flow sensor
Position sensor
Speed sensor
Proximity sensor

Absolute Maximum Ratings
The absolute maximum value is the limiting value when the chip is applied, above which the chip can be damaged. Although the function of the chip is not necessarily damaged when the absolute maximum value is exceeded, the reliability of the chip may be affected if the absolute maximum value is exceeded for a certain time.

TO92S SOT32
High sensitivity omnipolar Hall sensor
1.Introduction
AH452 is an omnipolar Hall-effect switch designed and produced based on a bipolar semiconductor (Bipolar) process and is sensitive to the south and north poles. The device integrates a voltage generator that can work stably under a power supply voltage of 3.5 to 40V,temperature compensation circuit, small signal amplifier, Schmitt trigger and open collector output.
The sensor can work in the South and North Pole. When the magnetic flux density (B) is greater than the operating point Bop, the output will be turned on at a low output level. Then keep the output until the magnetic flux (B) is lower than the release point Brp. The output will be turned off at a high output level.
AH452 provides TO-92S package and SOT-23 package. Both packages meet the RoHS environmental protection standard.
2.Features

Sensitivity +/-50/30Gauss (typical value)
Operating voltage range from 3.5 Vdc to 40 Vdc
Operating temperature range -40 °C -125°C
Highest ESD performance up to ±5 kV

High sensitivity omnipolar Hall sensor
1.Introduction
AH451 is an omnipolar Hall-effect switch designed and produced based on a bipolar semiconductor (Bipolar) process and is sensitive to the south and north poles. The device integrates a voltage generator that can work stably under a power supply voltage of 3.5 to 60V, temperature compensation circuit, small signal amplifier, Schmitt trigger and open collector output.
The sensor can work in the South and North Pole. When the magnetic flux density (B) is greater than the operating point Bop, the output will be turned on at a low output level. Then keep the output until the magnetic flux (B) is lower than the release point Brp. The output will be turned off at a high output level.
AH451 provides TO-92S package and SOT-23 package. Both packages meet the RoHS environmental protection standard.

7.Absolute Maximum Ratings
The absolute maximum value is the limiting value when the chip is applied, above which the chip can be damaged. Although the function of the chip is not necessarily damaged when the absolute maximum value is exceeded, the reliability of the chip may be affected if the absolute maximum value is exceeded for a certain time.
